Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your lacquer travels safely back to our lunar base.

  Pack With Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit and attach the printed label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
